.Net Framework Upgrade

Starting on release x22.06.26, the Avatax solution components will require the .Net Framework 4.8 runtime installed on every PC running the applications.

Not having this installed will produce issues when running the applications, or not running at all.

In case you don’t have it installed, you can use the official Microsoft link to get it.
