ShipEasy integration. FreeShipping

This release includes a new feature regarding the ShipEasy integration.

A new setting was added:

When the new setting is set to YES (checked)
If FreeShipping (U_TWBS_UPS_FreeShp) is NO, then the solution will add the U_TWBS_UPSExpense amount to the configured freight for ShipEasy, and add the Fixed Charge (if set in the Avatax Configuration).

If FreeShipping (U_TWBS_UPS_FreeShp) is YES, then the solution will not add the U_TWBS_UPSExpense amount, neither the U_TWBS_UPSExpense or the Fixed Charge. The result is a target document without ShipEasy charges copied from the base document.

When the new setting is set to No (original behavior).
If FreeShipping (U_TWBS_UPS_FreeShp) is NO, the soluction will add the U_TWBS_UPSExpense amount to the configured freight, and add the Fixed Charge (if set in the Avatax Configuration).

If FreeShipping (U_TWBS_UPS_FreeShp) is YES, then copy the U_TWBS_UPSExpense amount, but do not charge the Fixed Charge.

Fix

Fixed issue for documents with discounts being generated by the DGW, where the discount was not being included in the tax calculation
